Terms of Service

Axora is a community stats-and-leaderboard site for our Ranked Bedwars Minecraft server, plus a store for optional purchases. By using Axora — the website, our Discord bot, or the game server — you agree to these terms. Axora is not affiliated with Discord, Minecraft, Mojang, or Microsoft.

You sign in with Discord and link a Minecraft account through our bot. You're responsible for keeping both accounts secure — we treat activity from a linked account as coming from its owner. Only one Minecraft account may be linked per person; see our server rules for the full fair-play policy.

When using Axora, you agree not to:

• Scrape, spam, or abuse the site or its API beyond normal browsing.
• Impersonate staff or another player.
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or disrupt the site, Discord bot, or game server.

In-game and Discord conduct — cheating, harassment, etc. — is covered in full by our server rules, which are enforceable exactly like these terms.

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Tebex — we never see or store your card details.
• Prices, item availability, and applicable taxes may change at any time without notice.
• Purchased items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, aren't transferable between accounts, and are usable only on the Axora Ranked Bedwars server.

Because store items are digital goods delivered instantly on payment, all sales are final by default. We will consider a refund in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• Payment succeeded but the item was never delivered due to a technical error on our end.
• You believe the charge was unauthorized or fraudulent.
• A refund is required by law in your jurisdiction.

To request one, open a ticket in our Discord server within 14 days of the purchase with your order/transaction ID. We aim to respond within a few business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Tebex and may take a few extra days to appear.

We do not refund: a purchase you simply changed your mind about after the item was delivered or used, or purchased perks forfeited due to a ban or suspension (see below). Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first will result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

Lost account access: purchases are tied to the Minecraft and Discord accounts you owned them on. If you lose access to either — your Minecraft account changes hands, gets compromised, or your Discord account is disabled, hacked, or otherwise lost — we aren't responsible and won't refund or re-deliver purchases made under it. A paid account transfer is available for some items (where noted in the store) to move ownership to a new account, but outside of that, purchases don't follow you automatically.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or our server rules. A ban or suspension resulting from a rule violation does not entitle you to a refund for previously purchased items — see the Refund Policy above.

Axora is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind and with no guaranteed uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use Axora afterward means you accept the updated terms.
