Match Conduct

How you're expected to play — this is the plain-language version of the strike system.

See a match through

Once you queue, finish the game. Leaving mid-game, going AFK, or muting your team costs your teammates the match, not just you.

Communicate with your team

Stay in your team call and actually use it. Ignoring calls from teammates, or playing deafened, is treated the same as not communicating at all.

Follow your role, play to win

Stick to the plan your team agrees on. Rushing kills for personal stats, throwing on purpose, or griefing your own team is a strike-worthy offense either way.

Don't manipulate the queue

Dodging repeatedly once you see your matchup, or timing queues to dodge specific players, undermines matchmaking for everyone.

Let the captain pick

During team selection, let the picking captain make the call without public pressure or backseat suggestions.

Follow the current season ruleset

Map pool, party size limits, and any other season-specific rules are posted at the start of each season and are just as enforceable as this page.

Fair Play & Account Integrity

The ranked ladder only means something if every account is one real person, playing clean.

One account, one player

Your ranked account is yours alone — no letting someone else play on it, and no queuing on an alt instead of your registered main.

No cheat clients or external assistance

This covers anything giving an unfair advantage: cheat clients, macros, or any modification outside the allowed client list — whether caught by anticheat, replay review, or a screenshare.

Don't manipulate ELO

Boosting, deranking, or otherwise arranging match outcomes outside of normal competitive play is treated as seriously as cheating.

Use approved connections only

If you need a VPN or proxy, get it safelisted by staff first — unapproved connections are blocked from ranked for a reason.

Screenshare Policy

A screenshare is how staff verify a flagged player is playing clean — it exists to protect fair play, not to punish suspicion alone.

You may be asked at any time

Unusual performance, an anticheat flag, or a report can all lead to a screenshare request. This is routine, not an accusation on its own.

Come prepared

Required click-tracking software should already be installed and running, your device should be reachable, and only one mouse should ever be connected during a match.

Comply promptly

Refusing, stalling, closing Minecraft or your PC, or leaving Discord while frozen are all treated as an attempt to evade the check itself.

You have the right to a fair process

A screenshare should only look at what is relevant to verifying fair play. If you believe a screenshare was mishandled, you can raise it through an appeal.

Appeals

Think a punishment was a mistake? Here's how to get it looked at.

Open an appeal ticket in the Discord server and explain your case with any evidence you have. Appeals are reviewed by staff not involved in the original decision. Personal circumstances that come up after you queue are generally not valid grounds for removing a strike or ban.
