Privacy Policy

We collect the following, and nothing more:

• Discord account info — when you log in with Discord, we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email address.
• Linked Minecraft account — your Minecraft UUID and username, once you link your account through our Discord bot.
• Gameplay stats — match results, elo, kills, deaths, and similar stats generated by playing on the Axora Ranked Bedwars server, tied to your linked account.
• Store purchase records — which item you bought and when. We never see or store your card or payment details — those go directly to our payment processor, Tebex.
• Basic technical data — standard request logs (IP address, browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in after logging in with Discord. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Displaying player stats, leaderboards, tier lists, and the staff directory.
• Keeping you signed in and remembering your session.
• Processing and delivering store purchases.
• Enforcing our server rules, including handling bans and appeals.
• Responding to support requests you send us on Discord.

We share data only where it's needed to run the site:

• Discord — to look up usernames, avatars, and server roles via our bot.
• Tebex — to process store payments.
• Our database and hosting providers — to store and serve the data above.

We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is linked and active. Historical gameplay stats and ladder records may be kept after you unlink, since they're part of the competitive record other players' results are compared against — the same way a scoreboard doesn't erase a match just because one player left.

• Unlink your Minecraft account or revoke our Discord access at any time from your Discord connections settings.
• Request a copy of, or the deletion of, your personal data by contacting us on Discord — see below.
• Ladder history tied to fair-play enforcement (bans, strikes) may be retained even after a deletion request, to keep punishment records consistent.

Axora is not directed at children, and our login requires a Discord account — you must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use our services.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use Axora after a change means you accept the updated policy.
